Tasting Menu Event – Caribbean Sea
The Mango Room chefs are always experimenting with new ways to push the boundaries, cooking modern Caribbean food with a twist to excite a and surprise your senses. Head chef Roger Shakes and Associate chef Ben Xavier have created a special tasting menu with new recipes playing with modern and traditional ingredients and flavours. At our very first Tasting Menu event, you will dine in the restaurant with other food lovers you will head into the sublime of the tropics, experiencing depth of flavour, aroma and texture truly representing Mango Room excellence with presentation suitable of any fine dining Michelin star establishment.
Service will start promptly at 7pm or 9pm. Please feel free to come and mingle with us in the bar 30 minutes before service.
